Refund and Warranty Policy – Fonte SMM

Preamble and Legal Agreement

By accessing Fonte SMM (fontesmm.com), registering, or adding funds to your balance, the CLIENT (User) acknowledges that this is a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform designed for resellers, agency owners, and social media marketing professionals. By utilizing our platform, you explicitly, irrevocably, and unconditionally agree to all Refund and Warranty policies set forth in this agreement.

This document constitutes a legally binding contract. If you do not agree with any clause stated herein, you must cease using our services immediately.

Clause 1: Nature of Services and Third-Party Disclaimer

Fonte SMM acts strictly as a traffic intermediary, engagement infrastructure, and SMM delivery network.

• Immediate Delivery Duty: Fonte SMM’s sole contractual obligation is allocating server infrastructure to deliver the requested quantitative metrics (followers, likes, views, etc.) at the time of purchase.
• No Platform Affiliation: Fonte SMM has no administrative affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from target social networks (Meta/Instagram, ByteDance/TikTok, Google/YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Exemption from Third-Party Actions: Target social networks independently manage security sweeps, algorithmic updates, and account moderation. Consequently, Fonte SMM is entirely exempt from liability regarding metric drops, account restrictions, shadowbans, or content removal executed by target social networks post-delivery.

Clause 2: Service Types and Warranty (Refill) Terms

The User acknowledges that two distinct service categories exist on the panel and assumes full responsibility for their selection at checkout:

• No Refill Services: Budget-friendly options where Fonte SMM’s contractual obligation terminates the exact moment the order status changes to "Completed." The User assumes full risk for potential future drop-offs caused by network sweeps. Under no circumstances will refills, metric replacements, or refunds be provided for drops in this category.
• Refill (Guaranteed) Services: Premium options offering metric replacement coverage for drops occurring within the explicitly stated timeframe (e.g., 30-day refill). Refill guarantees must be requested manually via the platform ticket system within the valid window.

Clause 3: Immediate Consumption and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital, intangible, and instantly processed nature of SMM services:

• Orders marked as Pending, Processing, or In Progress cannot be canceled, edited, or refunded. Server overhead (proxies, traffic routing, and node allocation) is irrevocably committed upon submission.
• A 100% full refund will be granted only if our system automatically cancels an order due to technical server unavailability, database communication errors, or an inability to initialize delivery.

Clause 4: Partial Order Refunds

Fonte SMM utilizes an automated tracking system to guarantee fair billing:

• If a target social network blocks delivery mid-process (preventing full completion of the requested quantity), the order will be automatically flagged as Partial.
• Funds spent on the portion already delivered will be retained, while the exact financial value of the undelivered portion will be credited back instantly to your internal Fonte SMM balance.

Clause 5: Prohibited Actions and Forfeiture of Warranty

The User automatically forfeits all rights to customer support, metric replacements (refills), or partial refunds if any of the following occur:

• Private / Restricted Accounts: Changing the target account or post to "Private," or applying age/geo-restrictions during or after order execution.
• Identifier Modifications: Changing the username (@), modifying the link, or archiving/deleting the target content while an order is active or within the warranty period.
• Overlapping / Duplicate Orders: Placing concurrent or duplicate orders for the same target link (whether on Fonte SMM or external SMM panels). Simultaneous orders create counter conflicts on server nodes, leading to premature completion without full delivery, for which no refund will be issued.

Clause 6: Speed Estimates and System Delays

• Start times and completion speeds listed on the panel are estimated averages based on momentary server stability, not strict deadlines.
• Major social media algorithm updates can cause global server bottlenecks. Delays caused by external third-party maintenance do not constitute service failure and do not warrant immediate order cancellation or cash refunds. Users must allow technical resolution to complete.

Clause 7: Financial Policy, Balances, and Anti-Fraud (Chargebacks)

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Adding funds via Credit Card, Cryptocurrency, or local payment gateways converts money directly into internal platform credits. We do not issue cash withdrawals, wire transfers, or external bank refunds under any circumstances.
• Dispute Escalation: All order inquiries or issues must be handled strictly through the internal Support Ticket system.
• Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy: Opening payment disputes or chargebacks with banks or payment processors after placing orders constitutes fraudulent breach of contract. Accounts engaging in unauthorized disputes will face an immediate permanent ban, IP blocking, and technical reversal/removal of metrics delivered to target profiles.

Clause 8: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by international commercial principles and applicable operating laws of the Platform's jurisdiction. Any controversies that cannot be resolved amicably through technical support shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Platform's operating headquarters.
